1. Acceptance
By installing or using Your Trip Pilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What the app provides
Your Trip Pilot helps organize travel plans, itineraries, routes, reservations, budgets, expenses, checklists, notes and memories. Release 1 is primarily local-first. It is an organization and planning tool—not a travel agency, booking service, navigation authority, financial adviser, emergency service, or guarantee of transport availability.
3. Your responsibilities
- Verify passports, visas, health rules, safety guidance, schedules, prices, reservations, routes and entry requirements with authoritative providers.
- Do not rely on offline estimates for financial, safety-critical or time-critical decisions.
- Keep devices, export files and backup passphrases secure.
- Only add or share content you have the right to use.
- Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer protected services.
4. Estimates and third-party services
Distances, budgets, packing suggestions, recommendations and itinerary text may be generated from local rules or cached information and can be incomplete or inaccurate. When you choose an external link or sharing destination, that third party's terms and privacy practices apply. Release 1 does not guarantee live transport, map, weather, traffic, toll, parking, charging or disruption data.
5. Your content
You retain responsibility for trip information and media you add. The local-first release does not claim ownership of that content. You authorize only the on-device processing needed to provide requested app functions and any explicit export or sharing action you initiate.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change, be corrected, suspended or removed. Provider-dependent features may be unavailable because of configuration, connectivity, geography, rate limits or third-party changes. Updates may be required for security or store compliance.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free travel information. Rushit Harkhani is not responsible for missed transport, booking losses, route decisions, emergencies, third-party conduct or indirect losses arising from reliance on unverified information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app and remove local data at any time. Access may be restricted if necessary to protect the app, users or legal compliance.
